  • HIV/STD Testing

    We offer free HIV, Hepatitis C and STD testing, Our HIV and STD testing is available by walk-in (no appointment necessary), Monday-Thursday from 8:30am-6pm, Friday 8:30am-4pm. We provide rapid HIV and Hep C testing where you receive your results in less than 30 minutes. Chlamydia & Gonorrhea results return from the lab in about 2 weeks. If walk-in testing is not for you, call or or order online to request a home HIV self-test kit.

  • PrEP

    PrEP or Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis is a one pill a day or long term injectable medication to prevent HIV infection. When used with condoms, PrEP reduces your risk of HIV by more than 90%. PrEP must be prescribed by a doctor and requires quarterly labs and monitoring. Talk to a Community Health Educator to learn more about PrEP.

  • PEP

    Do you know or think you've been exposed to HIV? PEP or Post Exposure Prophylaxis, is a 28 day medication regimen taken within 72 hours of HIV exposure to prevent an HIV infection. PEP must be prescribed and monitored by a doctor. Before prescribing PEP, your doctor will test you for HIV to rule out an existing HIV infection.

    Condoms protect against HIV and most sexually transmitted infections. Pick up free condoms for yourself and your friends at Affinity. Ask about partnering with us to distribute condoms in the community.

    Affinity Health Center provides primary care including STD treatment and HIV Specialty Care. Call us at 803-909-6363 to make an appointment to become a new patient. We also offer first available appointments for STD treatment and will do our best to work you in when you have active STD symptoms.
