Affinity Health Center is pleased to announce the opening of a new school based health facility located inside Belleview School, in Rock Hill, SC offering affordable, accessible primary care and mental health support for all students in the Rock Hill school district as well as their family members and residents of the Belleview community, no matter their family income.
Primary Care & Mental Health Support
Primary Care is available to all ages. Primary Care services include: sick visits, well child visits, sports physicals, vaccines. Staying active is important, Affinity makes it easy for students to participate in sports by offering sports physicals for $10. Supporting the physical and mental health needs of students sets the foundation for healthy development. Affinity Health Center supports school counselors with mental health medication management.
Affordable Care
At Affinity Health Center, we believe financial challenges shouldn’t stop you or your family from getting the health care you need. We welcome most insurance including private insurance, Medicaid and Medicare plans. We offer a discount fee schedule for those uninsured or underinsured.
