We are so excited about moving into our new home in June.  In case you have not seen the new Affinity Health Center under construction, we will be moving to 455 Lakeshore Parkway (just down the road from our current building).  We will close on June 21 and June 22 to move everything.  We will open in our new location on Monday, June 25.

We will be expanding our ability to serve you better, including a LOT more parking!

Beginning in July, we will begin having dental services available 25 hours/week with plans to have a full-time dental clinic beginning in September.

In the fall of 2018, we will be opening a pharmacy on-site, operated by Avita/MedExpress.  We are so excited to make accessing medications easier and more convenient for our patients. The pharmacy team will also be able to partner with our medical staff, case managers and YOU to assist with medication adherence or any challenges with medications.

We will have 24 exam rooms to grow into at the new facility. This will allow for us to serve you with less wait time since each doctor/nurse practitioner will have a set of three exam rooms to use.
