Same Day COVID-19 Curbside Testing - Call 803-909-6363 for appointment screening.
We are asking all patients to call before coming in so we can best guide your care. We offer TeleVisit and telephone options to keep you safe at home. We are accepting new patients through TeleVisits. Call or pre-register on our patient portal to become a new patient. Our Clover, Fort Mill and York locations will be closed as long as the municipal buildings they are in remain closed.
