Affinity Health Center serves the healthcare needs of our community by providing access to high-quality, comprehensive care with compassion, dignity and respect.We are asking all patients feeling unwell or experiencing respiratory symptoms to wear a face covering while in the building. You may wear your own face covering or one will be provided for you. We offer TeleVisit and telephone options for your convenience. About Us
The story of Affinity Health Center stretches back to 1994, when the Catawba Care Coalition was formed to serve the HIV+ population of York, Chester, and Lancaster Counties. In 2015, Catawba Care was rebranded as Affinity Health Center, and emerged as a full-service family practice, offering a wide range of affordable, high quality healthcare services.
