Join Affinity Health Center for Hands & Heart, a meaningful fundraising event to be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 11:30am to 1:00pm at the at The Gathering Space. This special gathering celebrates the powerful impact Affinity Health Center has across our community, improving lives, expanding access to care, and supporting patients every day with heart and commitment.

At the center of our work are the many “hands and hearts” that make it possible, our dedicated staff, community partners, supporters, and patients themselves. Together, we uplift health, empower individuals, and strengthen our community.

Held in alignment with National Health Center Week, this year’s event embraces “Uplifting Community Health,” highlighting the vital role community health centers play in creating healthier, more resilient communities.

Hands & Heart will feature a catered lunch by Chef Rob Masone, recognition of outstanding community partners, and powerful patient success stories that reflect the true impact of our mission in action. We invite you to join us in celebrating, connecting, and supporting the work that changes lives every day.

    Thank you for your support of Affinity's mission. Individual Tickets are $50 each. Tickets can be purchased online by clicking the button below. Tickets must be purchased by Friday, July 31, 2026 and will be emailed prior to the event.

    We are excited to be celebrating at The Gathering Space, located in downtown Rock Hill behind Kounter. Ample free parking is available street side (in front of Kounter) and in the lot behind Wells Fargo (behind Kounter).
