Our Story
Affinity Health Center opened in 2000 to provide care for people living with HIV/AIDS. After 15 years of comprehensive, patient centered care for this population, Affinity expanded into a full-service family practice, committed to improving access to affordable, patient-centered care for all in need in our community. Recent expansion includes a school based site and planning for a dental residency.
