Onsite Dental Care
Dental services are now available 5 days a week at our main site. We're able to offer this much needed service at a discounted rates based on income. This affordable access to oral healthcare includes: consultation, cleanings, fillings, x-rays, extractions and more to keep your smile at its best. Patients are required to establish primary care at Affinity Health Center prior to accessing Dental Services at Affinity.

HIV Specialty Care & Hepatitis C Treatment
Affinity Health Center offers a wide range of specialty care services for people living with HIV, including primary care, specialty care, referrals, and much more. Affinity is a statewide leader in Hepatitis C testing. We're able to to provide supportive services and treat most Hepatitis C clients in house.

HIV/Hepatitis C/STD Testing
We offer free HIV, Hepatitis C and STD testing, as well as pregnancy testing and HIV/STD prevention education programs for the entire community. Our HIV and STD testing is available by walk-in (no appointment necessary), Monday-Thursday 8:30am-6pm, Friday 8:30am-4pm. We provide rapid HIV and/or Hep C testing where you receive your results in less than 30 minutes. Chlamydia & Gonorrhea urine screening results return from the lab in about 2 weeks. PrEP or Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis is a one pill a day or long term injectable medication to prevent HIV infection. We provide PrEP navigation to make it easy to protect yourself with PrEP.
