Take advantage of free health screenings and health education for diabetes, hypertension, dental, and smoking cessation. Drop by with no appointment needed during the following times: Monday 8/8 from 2:-00 pm to 5:00 pm, Tuesday 8/9 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am, & Thursday 8/11 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
You can register to vote or talk to our enrollment specialist about signing up for ACA insurance or Medicaid all week. Register to win an Affinity prize basket to be given away by random drawing each day this week. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Starts June 14th
Join us on 6/14 at 4:30 pm to learn how Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) can help you live better and become happier by practicing simple techniques proven to reduce chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and stress. National HIV Testing Day Events
Are you #DOINGIT? If you haven’t been tested for HIV lately do it for National HIV Testing Day. Affinity will host two testing events in honor of National HIV Testing Day. On Friday June 24th from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm you can get a free HIV test and enjoy fun, food and games at Affinity Health Center. We’ll be frying fish, handing out hot dogs and educating the community about HIV. On Saturday June 25th we’re excited to be partnering with Piedmont Medical Center to provide free HIV testing in the Women’s Center Auditorium. Follow us on Twitter or Facebook for details.

Affinity Purchases Land for Expansion
We have land! We just closed on land to build a new building in Tech Park. This is an exciting step in our plans to expand to serve more people in the community. Meanwhile we’ll be providing primary care at all 5 York county locations. Our main site will continue to provide dental, nutrition, mental health, HIV specialty care, case management, and HIV/STD testing. It’s a great time to come grow with us and become a patient at Affinity!
National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day
Join us for this free community event, Saturday, February, 6th from noon to 3:00 pm at Affinity Health Center’s main site. Learn about HIV and it’s effect on your community. Enjoy free food and give-a-ways. Get tested. Free confidential HIV testing during the event, no appointment necessary.
New Extended Hours, More Convenient for You
Affinity Health Center now opens our doors earlier and they stay open later to offer more convenience to you and your busy schedule. Extended hours for our main site are now Monday through Thursday. 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This gives you more opportunities to schedule appointments around your life. It also allows us to offer more appointments each day, making it easier for you to get an appointment sooner. Free, confidential, walk-in STD/HIV testing is now available from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. New hours are effective immediately.
