Affinity Health Center is planning our 14th annual Dazzle and Denim event. Our event this year is scheduled for Friday, May 12th. Please consider being a sponsor this year for our event.

• Over the last year, we have served more than 3,200 patients. 258 new patients were served in January of 2017.
• 62% of our patients are completely uninsured and depend on us for their healthcare.
• 69% of our patients live at or below poverty.

Join us for National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day 2017.  We’ll join together to educate ourselves and craft solutions to address HIV/AIDS in our community during this family friendly event. Enjoy free food, prize drawings, health screenings, vendors, & more! Our guest speaker Geneva Galloway will share her personal journey with HIV.

Drop by with no appointment needed during the following times: Monday 8/8 from 2:-00 pm to 5:00 pm, Tuesday 8/9 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am, & Thursday 8/11 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

You can register to vote or talk to our enrollment specialist about signing up for ACA insurance or Medicaid all week. Are you #DOINGIT? If you haven’t been tested for HIV lately do it for National HIV Testing Day. Affinity will host two testing events in honor of National HIV Testing Day. On Friday June 24th from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm you can get a free HIV test and enjoy fun, food and games at Affinity Health Center. We’ll be frying fish, handing out hot dogs and educating the community about HIV. On Saturday June 25th we’re excited to be partnering with Piedmont Medical Center to provide free HIV testing in the Women’s Center Auditorium. Follow us on Twitter or Facebook for details.
